To approach divorce this way, you’ve got to be really good. It takes experience, commitment to the process and psychological sensitivity to help the warring, often emotionally motivated parties to a divorce to make good legal decisions.

We reach out-of-court settlements in a high percentage of the cases we handle. But we’re no pushovers. For those cases that are simply not appropriate for a non-litigated solution, our attorneys are well prepared for the court room. Our preference for fair dealing and negotiation says nothing about our ability to do battle.
