Please understand that submission of payment alone via this web page does not create an attorney-client relationship. The fee agreement must be signed and returned to our office and the retainer must be paid in full to establish an attorney-client relationship.
Payments accepted will be for a payment on account or retainer payment. The money will be placed into a credit card trust account. From there, the funds will be transferred to either our operating or trust account, depending on what type of payment is made.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Under no circumstances is any of your personal information or financial data shared or distributed in any way with a third party not directly involved in the payment process.
- Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. The submission of your data is done from secure pages, and the transmission of the data between your computer and the acquiring bank authenticating and approving the payment is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
- Refund Policy
We have a general no refund policy for credit card transactions. Over-payments will be deposited into our trust account and applied to future services. If your case has been completed, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please contact us by phone if a payment is made in error.
